The biggest mistake one can make when they don't know the way is admitting they are lost. Although we don't want to admit it, this is called "Pride." In order to find the way to eternal life with God, you must admit you are lost in your sin.

Romans 5:12 teaches us that since Adam and Eve, the first man and woman on earth, a sin nature has been present in all people.
Romans 3:23, "For all have sinned, and come short of the glory of God."

Our Pastor
Kenny Van Hoven
Kenny served faithfully along with his wife, Heather, at Temple Baptist Church in Fredericksburg, Virginia where he taught young adults and directed the children’s ministry. Over time, God confirmed that it was His will for Kenny to go into pastoral ministry.
Kenny earned a master of ministry degree through Virginia Baptist College in Fredericksburg. While completing his ministerial training, Kenny assumed leadership of the Nicaraguan Baptist Bible Institute in Managua and other ministries related to the Institute. He has a passion to reach Hispanic people by communicating in the “heart” language of Spanish. Kenny and his wife, Heather, have 5 children.
